The town bar was formerly owned by Leena Jackson and co-managed by Grant Wallace. They are the only two with keys to the freezer room filled with food. It was last seen as a bandit headquarters being attacked by walkers. Unsafe.

In the early 1950s, a rich local funded the structure of a bomb shelter in small town Riley. He was later found to be insane and shipped to an asylum in California, leaving his shelter abandoned and forgotten for years. It is now occupied by Paige and Grant, along with a few cans, candles and maybe a rat or two.
